Glass of TK Sunset Tea

A Fresh Mocktail Perfect for Any Garden Party

I love Spring. It’s that time of year that around the garden we see more of our new plants come into bloom and wake out of hibernation. There more events taking place outside like our monthly Farmstand Days and the smell of BBQ fills the air. I tend to sit out in a chair in the yard and enjoy the cool night air with a drink around this time so I wanted to try and create a drink using some of the fresh ingredients we harvest here at the urban garden to make something special everyone can enjoy. That’s where our TK Sunset Tea comes in!

Table full of ingredients

Its light, fresh and frothy with this amazing taste over ice that will have you swearing there's alcohol in it. You could even add a splash if you were feeling a bit adventurous!

Like most, I’m not an expert on creating new drinks. I’ve made one or two infused alcohols (which I’ll be sharing here soon) as well as the occasional citrus syrup but this would be new territory for us. I based this idea on one created by awesome YouTuber Dan Fellows and loved the idea of a mocktail drink that has all the amazing qualities of a true cocktail.

Garden Citrus Syrup

Fortunately for us (and you) we just released our new Garden Citrus Syrup that has a favor that will go perfect in drinks like this and that I feel take this drink up just a notch into full blown incredible territory!
