One of our most highly requested items from our cookouts must be my homemade herb butter. We use it on just about everything from toast and English muffins to our famous Thanksgiving turkey (more on that later down the line).

We take advantage of what is seasonally available in our garden and what once started out as a simple sage butter recipe has expanded to this amazingly flavorful topping.
