Our signature 450g mini sourdough boules are naturally leavened for over 18 hours to produce an irresistible tangy bread with beautifully crisp crust on the outside, soft and airy crumb on the inside.

Featuring hand harvested, slow dried Black Lime (also known as Limoo Amani) right from our urban garden to give it a delicious yet subtle flavor profile that tastes has lightly sour, salty and earthy notes as well as an amazing citrus taste and aroma.
