Chocolate Chip Sourdough

Our signature 450g mini sourdough boules are naturally leavened for over 18 hours to produce an irresistible tangy bread with beautifully crisp crust on the outside, soft and airy crumb on the inside.

We wanted to do a little something for those of us with a sweet tooth, so we made this one with a touch of brown sugar and stuffed it full of delicious chocolate chips!
