Za'atar Oregano

Our signature 450g mini sourdough boules are naturally leavened for over 18 hours to produce an irresistible tangy bread with beautifully crisp crust on the outside, soft and airy crumb on the inside.

Featuring hand harvested, slow dried Za'atar oregano (also known as Syrian oregano) right from our urban garden to give it a delicious yet subtle flavor profile that tastes like a mix of traditional oregano, marjoram and thyme as well as an amazing aroma.
