We named this roast after our very first chick we raised here on the Urban Garden, our sweet Buffed Orpington, Buffy. She lived with us for over seven years as the head of the flock and a staple of the garden, greeting many of our friends and neighbors. A sweet coffee name after a sweet mascot. We thought it was fitting, and we can't wait for you to try it!
