The Brazilian Santos was a surprisingly rich and textured coffee with full bodied flavor. I served it to my class, and it was a hit. It's a dark roast which drinks and has the flavored notes of a medium roast with slight hint of berry flavor. Pairs great with breakfast and most creamers. HIGHLY recommended.
